BakerTitan Adhesives Merges with Eukalin Corp. to Create Stronger, More Capable Industry Leader

BakerTitan Adhesives is pleased to announce its merger with Eukalin Corp., effective August 15, 2025.

This strategic move combines BakerTitan’s expansive product line and technical ingenuity with Eukalin’s advanced infrastructure and modern systems, creating a stronger, more capable organization positioned for growth and innovation.

Under the new structure, BakerTitan will operate as BakerTitan Adhesives, a division of Eukalin, with an eventual transition to the Eukalin Corp. brand. Eukalin CEO Shaun Kilfoyle will continue to lead the company and all BakerTitan leadership has been retained as full-time executives. All customer contacts and representatives will remain unchanged, ensuring a smooth transition.

Customers will benefit from shorter lead times, reduced freight costs, an expanded product offering and enhanced sales and administrative representation.

Headquarters and primary production will be based in Allentown, PA, with additional manufacturing in Clifton, NJ.

The merger allows both companies to combine expertise in new markets while strengthening their presence in existing ones, leveraging shared resources and relationships to deliver greater value to customers.
